Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS)
Freudenthal is proud to be a provider of Medicaid-Certified Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Medicaid beneficiaries who otherwise would need to live in nursing homes may be able to stay in their own homes if provided with personal care, homemaker chores or respite care services through Freudenthal In-Home.

What are Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS)?
HCBS may be able to help you or a loved one stay at home and out of a nursing home by providing the in-home services you need.

Who is eligible for help?
To qualify for this program, you must meet certain income requirements and be:

Age 63 (or older)
-
A U.S. citizen (or qualified non-citizen) with a Social Security Number (or proof you have applied for one)
-
A resident of Missouri, with no plans to move
-
Approved by the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) to get in-home services

What services are available?
Personal Care, Housekeeping, Respite Care & Skilled Nursing
Our caregivers offer a range of personalized services to support your daily living needs, including housekeeping, cooking, bathing, grooming, shopping, and other essential tasks.

In addition, our licensed nurses are available to assist with medication setups, skin monitoring, diabetic nail care, and vital sign checks, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care.
