Turning 60 in July, Gary Vain illustrates the adage "age is just a number." June's Aging Well Award winner is no stranger to competition. On July 18th, Gary will be competing in the Men's Bodybuilding competition during the NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals Championships in Pittsburgh, PA. That's right, June's winner is a body builder and proving that healthy habits can last a lifetime. While Gary likes to compete, he loves to help the next generation of bodybuilders learn the proper techniques so they don't injure themselves.
